One National Lottery winner

Out of the three main lottery draws which took place last night there was only one National Lottery winner who managed to scoop a jackpot. Both the Irish Lottery and Powerball Lottery rolled over until Saturday’s draws but one National Lottery ticket holder has become £2,900,560 richer overnight.

There were millions of pounds, dollars and Euros ready for the taking for anybody who could match those all-important lottery numbers but in keeping with recent weeks much of that cash rolled over to the next draws.

Last night’s National Lottery draw had a £2.9 million jackpot to be won, and won it was. One lucky ticket holder managed to match all six main lottery numbers, scooping all of that lovely lottery cash just a few days ahead of Christmas. The lottery number for last night’s National Lottery draw were; 2, 20, 34, 35, 40 and 44. The bonus ball drawn was 49.

After two jackpot wins back-to-back the Irish Lottery took a break from handing out its top prize. There were no jackpot winners who matched all six main lottery numbers but three lucky ticket holders did match five of the main lottery numbers plus the bonus ball to win €25,000 each. That may not be enough to retire on but it will certainly make Christmas a little bit more enjoyable for the recipients. The lottery numbers drawn in last night’s Irish Lottery were; 9, 10, 18, 23, 31 and 40 with the bonus ball being drawn as 19.

Last night the US Powerball lottery rolled over for a sixth time. There was a huge $77 million jackpot just waiting to be won by anybody who matched the five main lottery numbers plus the Powerball but for a sixth draw running the elusive jackpot got away. The lottery numbers drawn in last night’s Powerball Lottery were; 13, 23, 25, 35 and 43 with the Powerball being drawn as 15.
