We all enjoy playing the lottery and dreaming of how our lives would change if we won the big one; never having to worry about another bill, living anywhere we want, buying what we want when we want it, living a life of luxury without care in the world but how would you feel if you missed out on all this because you forgot to check your numbers? We are all guilty of it, the draws come and go and we end up with a pocket full of tickets so maybe now is the time to take a look just in case you are sitting on a lottery fortune?

Camelot has announced that someone out there is yet to claim a massive Euromillions fortune. The lucky player purchased the ticket from a vendor in Central Bedfordshire and won a £1 million jackpot but so far has not come forward to claim their prize. When you purchase a Euromillions lottery ticket you are automatically issued with a raffle code so check all of those old slips you have lying around because if you find the code ZSW270497 you are now a millionaire. If the winner does not come forward and claim their prize before 5.30pm on January 5th 2011 the money will be added to the Good Causes fund that has already paid out a whopping £24 billion since the lottery began.

It seems like Central Bedfordshire is the place to be for unclaimed fortunes right now because a second jackpot of £194,239 is also still up for grabs. This prize comes from the July 3rd draw and the winning numbers were 8, 31, 37, 43, 44, and 48 with bonus ball 14. The unknown winner matched five numbers and the bonus ball.

A spokesman from the National Lottery said “We’re desperate to find both these mystery ticket-holders and unite them with their winnings – these amazing prizes could really make a huge difference to somebody’s life. We have the champagne on ice and our fingers are crossed that both the lucky winners come forward to claim wins”.
