Last night there were two National Lottery jackpot winners who shared the top prize while the Irish Lottery rolled over as did the US Powerball Lottery. There were millions of pounds given away in lower tier prizes during the Saturday night major world lottery draws too. In fact there was nearly £5 million given away by the National Lottery in tenners last night!
The UK National Lottery had a £4,694,696 jackpot up for grabs last night and two lucky ticket holders managed to match all six main lottery numbers which means that they will each receive a cheque for £2,347,348. There were also 9 players who matched five main lottery numbers plus the bonus ball.

Last night’s winning National Lottery numbers are; 1, 16, 17, 19, 33 and 34 with the Bonus Ball being drawn as 9.
The Irish Lottery jackpot had been reseeded following the €6,068,570 multi-rollover jackpot being won on Wednesday night. This meant that the Irish Lottery had a jackpot of €2 million to play for last night but no ticket holders managed to match all six main lottery numbers meaning that the jackpot rolls over to the Wednesday night draw.
The Saturday night Irish Lottery numbers are; 19, 24, 28, 29, 30 and 39 with the Bonus Ball being drawn as 14.
Like the Irish Lottery, the US Powerball Lottery rolled over once again. This massive interstate lottery has online lotto players and in store lottery players buying tickets in their millions every single week and this week was no different but once again none of these wannabe millionaires managed to match all five main lottery numbers plus the Powerball, meaning that the jackpot rolls over to Wednesday night, which now has an estimated jackpot of $60 million.
