Once again the National Lottery has come to the aid of another threatened British institution. £12.8 million grant from the National Lottery Arts Council secures the future of Haworth Tompkins’ proposed redevelopment and renovation of Liverpool’s Everyman Theatre. The National Lottery payout comes after lengthy talks between the National Lottery Arts Council and Liverpool City Council.
