A EuroMillions jackpot winner has been convicted for drink-driving and for trying to corrupt public officials after he was found to have over four times the legal limit of alcohol in him. The EuroMillions winner was asked to move his badly parked Ferrari while he was out grocery shopping near Bordeaux but the Frenchman was suspected of being drunk and was promptly breathalysed and arrested.

Since it’s inception in 1994 there have been some questionable “good causes’ who have benefited from the income it provides. Now we’re asking should the National Lottery money only go to registered charities?
